The server may automatically record standard access log data (IP address, browser type, timestamp, requested URL) as part of normal server operation. This data is used solely for security and availability purposes and is not shared with third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Analytics

This website uses Umami, an open-source, self-hosted analytics tool (analytics.joeldettinger.de). Umami does not use cookies and does not collect any personally identifiable information. Only anonymised data such as page views, referrers, and device type are recorded. The data is stored exclusively on my own server and is not shared with third parties. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in understanding aggregate website usage (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
